This initial stage involves understanding the client’s requirements and, if necessary, conducting research. Internal briefing guidelines are also provided to the creative and media teams.
This marks the inception of creativity. Plans for design and media are formulated, discussed, reviewed, and the best options are finalized. The approved options are then presented to the client.

Production Phase
The production phase involves considering ‘cost control’ in the process. Budget discussions and approval estimates are part of this step. The complete production cost for items like brochures, stationery, and packaging is thoroughly assessed for valuation.
Post-production care is as crucial as the vigilance exercised during the production phase. Any additional post-tests needed are conducted at this stage. The final dispatch of the material/product occurs to the clients. The closing bill is sent, and capital collection takes place.
